Very Clean, free breakfast was good, room was very clean over all a great place to stayy

Check in was quick and friendly. Room was spotless clean. Beds were wonderful, I really loved the linens. The bathroom was modern and nice. The counter in the bathroom seemed higher than usual. They should provide some kind of stool for vertically challenged folks. The breakfast was amazing. We had bagel breakfast pizzas and western omelets. The "make your own waffles" were delicious, better than we had the day before at Huddle House. Overall, an excellent stay.

The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Good location. Just know that this is an older property and in spite of obvious attempts to upgrade it, the age of the hotel shows through. There is quite a bit of hallway noise and light comes in under the door. Our whirlpool spa tub did not work and had missing tile. The friendliness of the staff is a plus and makes up for the less than perfect property. Would stay here again but would choose Hilton Garden Inn over the Hampton.

Service here at the Hampton Inn was the best service I have had here in Conway. All the staff members are very happy and friendly. Everyone here is very helpful and will do their best to meet your needs. Location of the hotel is great for traveling on business or vacation. I highly recommend staying here at anytime and I will always stay here when ever I'm in town for business or pleasure.
