We stayed for 4 nights with our teenager and two small children. First, we were booked in a smoking room instead of non-smoking which we requested. On the third day, I asked if we could move to a larger room, and we paid more, but the room was in worse shape than the first. The walls needed painting, and the bathroom floor's grout was pretty disgusting. Breakfast was pretty good first two days; third day, they ran out of milk, and the eggs were like water. The front desk employee was not the friendliest, and I had to go out of my way to be friendly to her in order to get our room cleaned on the 3rd day. The 4th day, our room wasn't cleaned. I called to complain when we got back in the evening, but was just asked to pick up my trash and put it outside. At about 9:00 p.m., we received a call from the hotel staff asking us to be quiet, obviously in retaliation for calling about the room not being cleaned because our room was above the hotel staff workroom, not anywhere near any other guests' rooms. When I took the huge trash bag down to prove a point, there were 4 workers just standing around in the lobby area. I guess we must have disturbed their recreational time. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that the girl who ran the breakfast area our first two days was great, and the night manager was professional in most cases. I would definitely recommend looking for a different hotel in Bryant if at all possible.
