“Where did the other people stay,it wasn't here!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 December 2011

This place is a hole. Iif it wouldn't have been so late and we wouldn't have been exhausted,we never would have stayed here. The place is falling apart, patched holes in ceiling,no baseboards, old 70s carpet. Beds were just as old and noisy, hard and the pillows were flat. The heat was not on when we got in the room so it was about 40 degrees in the room, the nob for the temp was broke. Half way through the night the heat started working and we couldn't get it to turn down. Have I said hoe aweful this place is?

“Good bargain, for a night's stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

We were coming back home from south of AR and wanted to stay somewhere between Little Rock, and Memphis on I-40. So I booked a night at this motel. We didn't get in until about 10:30. All rooms were full except the one waiting on me. The clerk was very nice, and quickly had everything ready for us to take the room. It was clean, and beds were comfy. Our room looked like it had freshly been painted. The price was right for the night. They had a breakfast, but we didn't get up in time to eat there. But I would stay there again. Nothing fancy, but for a good nights sleep at a good price, I would recommend the motel.

“Get what you pay for”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 August 2011 via mobile

Stayed here on way to Texas from North Carolina. Was not expecting the Ritz because of the price obviously, but was still surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Bed was a king size bed upstairs, and not uncomfortable at all. Working shower and air conditioner topped it all off. Would stay again if I needed to.

“Not bad, clean and comfy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 July 2011

We are a family of five with a dog. Originally we had booked another hotel and upon arrival decided it was nasty. So we left and got the last room at the Econo Lodge. They got us a roll away for our 4 yr old and allowed us to have our dog for a $10 non-refundable fee. The price was higher since it was the 4th of July weekend. But even still it wasn't that bad. We got a handicap room, so the bathroom was big. The fridge came in handy. I normally would use the coffee pot but didn't this time. It was nice still to know it was there.

If we are ever back in Brinkley we will stay again.

“Thank goodness it wad only for one night.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 June 2011 via mobile

Was supposed to have been all ground floor rooms, but there were two second floor rooms with king beds.  Beware if they give you one of the two king bed second floor rooms. You have to go up a flight of exterior stairs - the pipe railing on the building is extremely loose and dangerous.

Bed was very uncomfortable to say the least. It basically felt like we were sleeping on a table. Might have been better off sleeping on floor, but I would advice against that.

The carpet may have looked clean at first glance, but was dirty to the core.  A simple walk across it barefoot to take a shower and you leave dirt tracks on the bathroom floor.

Pool had not been uncovered yet and appeared to not have been used for a few years.

Continental breakfast was a joke to say the least. Best off getting a milk and pack of donuts from the gas station across the road.
