Looks definitely can be deceiving. I can say that I was a little apprehensive when I pulled up to the Hampton Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. I was greeted by 2 staff members with very warm, smiling faces who welcomed me and offered my children cookies. We were sent up to our rooms and they have definitely been overhauled recently. Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was okay with your typical fare except for the turkey sausage. I found turkey sausage an odd choice. The biggest thing to complain about would be the way the hotel is constructed to have doors that are outside. There are elevators to the 2nd floor which is a plus, but I prefer to have indoor hotel access.

Driving home from a 3 week trip with family, knew I needed a comfortable bed and calm surroundings. Was not disappointed. Happy hour/wine was perfect!

We stayed at the Hampton for one night while traveling. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Yes, the hotel is of the older style, but still is of the standards you would expect from the Hampton chain. I would definitely stay here again. There is a free breakfast with quite a few choices and the breakfast staff was very nice and helpful.

We found the hotel to very clean and quiet. My wife is a clean freak and she was quite happy. Flat screen TV in the room. The staff were very friendly, even the breakfast staff were asking how the food was and if they could get me anything. I would defintely stay here again.
