Overall, this hotel was great. The staff were welcoming and so nice. Each morning for breakfast, the woman who watched over the FREE breakfast was so nice and kind. The breakfast had a nice selection and even had a waffle maker! The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet worked fine. My only complaint is the bathroom was outdated and the ceilings in the hotel were really low (especially in the bathroom for some reason). I did not hear any loud noises from neighboring rooms. Overall, this was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

This hotel feels like a motel, but a decent motel. It's been remodeled, but you can still see its signs of age and use. The bathroom was especially more like that of a motel--small and just the basics. The rest of the room felt sort of dark and just slightly damp but clean. The bed linens were very clean and that is of course the most important thing. Staff could not have been friendlier. I guess I have no real problems with this hotel other than I was hoping for a miracle in a roadside hotel and it felt like every other aging hotel I have ever been to. Some of the other reviews made it sound like the second coming...

The first time it was because the other hotel that i usually stay was full, now this is the only place I will stay. The staff know me by name when I call. They are very friendly and greet you with a smile. The rooms are ALWAYS cleans and smell great!! They offer a free breakfast that has eggs, meat, waffles and a nice choice of fresh fruit. After staying here, I started looking for other Hampton properties when I travel.

Looks definitely can be deceiving. I can say that I was a little apprehensive when I pulled up to the Hampton Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. I was greeted by 2 staff members with very warm, smiling faces who welcomed me and offered my children cookies. We were sent up to our rooms and they have definitely been overhauled recently. Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was okay with your typical fare except for the turkey sausage. I found turkey sausage an odd choice. The biggest thing to complain about would be the way the hotel is constructed to have doors that are outside. There are elevators to the 2nd floor which is a plus, but I prefer to have indoor hotel access.
