Checked in very late at night, room was very clean. The bathroom was small, the toliet was not working right, told front desk at check out. Looked like they were redoing rooms on the 2nd floor, overall good stay while traveling late at night for a reasonable fee

Checked in a room with a very noisy A/C unit. I informed the front desk and asked for another room please. Front desk would not honor my request for another room for the remaining 2 nights (3 nights total) and sent maintenance to address the issue. I requested then for them to come after 2pm while I was at work. When I returned to my room at 10:30pm that night, as I approached the room I noticed all the lights on in the room and the curtain drawn all the way open, with everything I had in the room open for public viewing. I didn't report it to the front desk because I knew all they would do in apologize.

I chose this motel solely based on the other reviews I saw on TripAdvisor. I must say I wouldn't have otherwise. From the outside, it looks fine,, nothing special, but it is still a motel and most motels these days aren't the type of place I want to stay.

Getting a headstart toward St. Louis after leaving Memphis late one evening, my brother and I were both impressed that a motel was this clean. I travel quite a bit for work and usually stay at Hiltons and other higher-end hotels that offer a lot more and am admittedly spoiled a bit. Even so, I found nothing wrong with this rather plain and simple motel, especially if you just want a clean place to lay your head.

It seems everytime I travel south along I-55 I end up spending the night here. This was my forth time. It's a two story place with all outside rooms. Check in was fast and easy. I had a non smoking king room.The bed had better then average bedding and several soft pillows. The bed itself was comfortable. Large size room with a sink on the outside of the bathroom and lots of counter space. There's also a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel. I've eaten here a couple times and the food is decent. A gas station across the street with drinks and snacks available too and within walking distance.
The hotel also has a pool but in all the times I stayed here I've never seen it open. Also a continental breakfast with coffee, juice and cereals and muffins. Also, the hotel has free wifi but requires a refundable deposit. Even though I never travel with a laptop I thought that was weird
I have always enjoyed my stays here and will be back the next time I'm passing thru.
