Had a quick business trip to Bentonville for meeting about Walmart. Hotel was recommended by colleagues and it was a great choice. For personal travel, I tend to lean towards luxury hotels which is never practical for business or rural travel. This leaves me with higher expectations which are difficult for more economical business hotels to meet but this hotel was really nice. I had to arrive very late in the evening after a long day of work (i.e. after midnight). Upon arrival into the brightly lit lobby, I was greeted by two people at the front desk who were very friendly, checked me in quickly, then offered me a few hershey's kisses, a pack of peanuts and an ice cold bottle of water which was greatly appreciated as my work day had left little time for eating. The room was very clean and large, the bed was very comfortable with nice linens, and the room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Best feature -- free wireless internet which actually worked and was very easy to get connected. Bathroom was nice with good towels and nice bathroom amenities. Had breakfast in the little restaurant in the hotel -- nice buffet with lots of good hot and cold offerings for about $10. Wish i could have tried out the fitness room and pool -- only turnoff is that it is centrally located with lots of windows just off the lobby -- and would prefer those to be a little more exluded - everyone doesn't need to see me sweat! Hotel offered a free shuttle back to the airport and driver was very friendly -- in fact everyone was in bentonville - really love visits to towns like this and a really nice comfortable hotel like this that made my work day a little easier!

Ive stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months. This is an older Courtyard property. Its clean and well managed, but thats about it. Why do I come back? Its close to my office and is high on the Marriott points rewards spectrum.

Stayed at this hotel for a week on business and was so pleased that I'll visit again for a leisure trip. The room was clean, quiet, mattress very comfy, and the breakfast buffet was great!! The real draw for me at this hotel, however, were the staff. I've never met such a great group of people. From the time we checked in until the time we left ,everybody wanted to know if there was anything we needed. Bobby, Geneva, and the rest of the crew are the best!!! My new favorite Marriott property.

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard after we received a free nights stay for horrible service we had had at a Courtyard in Alabama. Now that is a different story. But we checked in our room which was very nice. I loved the bed. On our bed was a little lady bug piece of paper that had a little note on it that said "enjoy your stay" and had two mints on our pillows. There were lots of kids in the pool so we did not go swimming but it looked nice. We also got free breakfast the next morning and it was very good. We sat by the kitchen door and did get to see the waitress and the cook get into a fight and the waitress came out cussing. But it was a very pleasent stay.
