This is a very nice hotel for a good price. This is my third time to stay at this hotel. Nice area, next to the River Grille restaurant. Convenient to downtown, nice mall, Walmart HQ, and scenic drives. Room was clean and bed and bedding very comfortable. No flat screen but large Phillips television. Free internet service, good buffet breakfast with eggs to order.. Was able to schedule maid service so I could get some work done. Nice friendly staff with cookies and snacks at check in. Will definitely stay in again on business travel.

In for a short weekend and hotel was nice and equipped with indoor pool for the kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I only stayed here because it was a last minute trip for business and a male collegue book the hotel. The male collegue was able to find another room for his second night. I was just glad I only had to suffer one night. This hotel is frozen in time. I travel frequently for business and pleasure and this property reminds me of a hotel from the 80's when I had little to no money. The linens and towels are thin, the pillows are flat, the television is outdated, the toilet kept filing up making me think someone was in the bathroom, you can hear everything someone in the neighboring room turns on the water or uses the bathroom. The wakeup call was an hour early and my the end of the day, I was itching (I am afraid I was exposed to bed bugs). A few things were OK...new treadmills with tvs in the workout room, but there was no ventilation in the room making it difficult to workout. The breakfast if you paid in advance was only $5.

Had a quick business trip to Bentonville for meeting about Walmart. Hotel was recommended by colleagues and it was a great choice. For personal travel, I tend to lean towards luxury hotels which is never practical for business or rural travel. This leaves me with higher expectations which are difficult for more economical business hotels to meet but this hotel was really nice. I had to arrive very late in the evening after a long day of work (i.e. after midnight). Upon arrival into the brightly lit lobby, I was greeted by two people at the front desk who were very friendly, checked me in quickly, then offered me a few hershey's kisses, a pack of peanuts and an ice cold bottle of water which was greatly appreciated as my work day had left little time for eating. The room was very clean and large, the bed was very comfortable with nice linens, and the room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Best feature -- free wireless internet which actually worked and was very easy to get connected. Bathroom was nice with good towels and nice bathroom amenities. Had breakfast in the little restaurant in the hotel -- nice buffet with lots of good hot and cold offerings for about $10. Wish i could have tried out the fitness room and pool -- only turnoff is that it is centrally located with lots of windows just off the lobby -- and would prefer those to be a little more exluded - everyone doesn't need to see me sweat! Hotel offered a free shuttle back to the airport and driver was very friendly -- in fact everyone was in bentonville - really love visits to towns like this and a really nice comfortable hotel like this that made my work day a little easier!
