“Exceptional service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 November 2010

We booked this motel and it was being remodeled. When we got to our room, the workmen were just starting to work by our window. The noise was extremely loud. My husband went to the front desk and spoke to Angela to find out when the workmen would be finished and when they would be starting in the morning. He asked if we could change rooms. Angela said that they didn't have any other rooms available. She tried and wasn't able to find out when they would start working in the morning. She said she didn't want us to have to put up with the extra noise, so she called the Clarion Hotel next door and booked us in there for the same price as the Sleep Inn (about $20.00 less than the Clarion) We didn't even have to ask her to do this. Great customer service!

“Not too bad for one night, offers park and fly at XNA...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2009

Stayed here for one night with my girlfriend before taking punishingly early 5:30 AM flight from XNA...had a $50 expedia coupon which reduced the cost of the room to about $30 and that was what it would have cost to park my car at XNA, so when I asked the hotel if they offered an airport shuttle, it was a no-brainer to get a half hour extra sleep by camping out at the Sleep Inn.

If you're flying out of XNA, this is the second-closest hotel to the airport, its about 10-12 minutes drive away. The only one closer is the Wingate that is near to the terminal. The Sleep Inn is not as nice as the Wingate but the shuttle is prompt and efficient, the rooms are clean although a little outdated, and even though the breakfast doesn't start until 5:30 I believe, they had a few things ready and out for us specially because of our early departure. I really felt like that went the extra mile. Some of the issues I had with the place - the shower was very slow to warm up, the TV's were outdated as was the room in general, but on the whole I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

“Stay away unless desperate”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 July 2009

The low price of $39 and the good reviews lured us to this hotel. Please do NOT repeat our great idea. This hotel has not been renovated recently. The bedspreads are old fashioned. There are no bathtubs, only showers with shower doors that do not close properly. The carpet is well worn at the entrance to the bathroom. The pillows were lumpy and flat. Breakfast is included but comes up just a bit short. Bagels were available but there was only strawberry cream cheese available. I could not use the internet on my IPod Touch. The internet did work on my laptop. The outdoor pool was open but towels were not provided. An indoor pool and fitness center were available next door at the Clarion. If you are expecting a no-frills hotel, this might be the place.

“We'll be staying there again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 April 2009

We were booked there for my brother's wedding, and I was hesitant about it especially given the extremely low price. As a family with a teen and a pre-teen, we stayed in a room with two double beds. Having never stayed at a Sleep Inn, I was a bit surprised to find a shower only instead of a bathtub setup in the bathroom. I'm the type who likes a relaxing soak in a bath, but this was not a problem. The ample water pressure, steady hot water supply, and roomy space inside the shower won me over. I loved it.

The room was well organized. We had more than enough closet and storage space for our weekend stay considering that we brought attire for four for the rehearsal, the wedding, the reception, and for shopping, leisure, and appointments between events.

The cookies at check-in counter were very good. The deluxe continental breakfast was over the top. The pancakes were good and they had peanut butter available for those who like that particular treat. The toasted bagels were perfect. While we weren't from that area, we were delighted to read the local newspaper that was delivered to our room while we drank coffee.

While it was too cold to swim, the pool looked clean. The were only a few downsides. The outside door closest to our room did not work with the keycard although they told us that it had been recently fixed. Also, they do not have a fitness center in the hotel, but you can use the one at the nextdoor Clarion hotel.

All considered, I have to say that this hotel gave me the most bang for my buck. It covered all of my basic needs while not nickle and diming me to death. Parking space is ample and it is convenient to many local sights. I will definitely be staying there again! My brother made a very good choice in booking us as well as the rest of our family there.

“Clean and Welcomed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 October 2008

This was a very busy weekend for the entire area due to the Bikers, Blues and BBQ in Fayevetteville but the hotel was very friendly and ready for the crowds. Although the hotel was booked we never heard or ran into any offensive disorder. The staff had freshly baked cookies to die for and they made sure coffee was available at all times. The rooms were clean and up to the standard of Sleep Inn. This hotels breakfast was good but the they did fail to have all items at the bar (forks, spoons, etc.) but easily found. I would recommend staying here again.
