My daughter's soccer team stayed at this hotel during a weekend tournament. The staff was great and very friendly. They were well prepared with all our reservations. Rooms are clean and nice with two televisions. The area is fairly quiet and seems safe with a lot of restaurants and shopping within a 2 mile radius. I

The hotel is clean and quiet!

The front desk is very friendly and helpful.

It is a little bit pricey but, if you go cheap in Bentonville, you get cheap, old and dirty when it comes to hotels.

There is also a Hilton Garden Inn next door that looked like it was a nice new hotel in the event the Springhill is sold out. You may want to shop between the two for best price. Garden Inn's are typically nice.

The breakfast was good! Reasonably good selection of cold and hot foods including fresh fruit.

You will have a good experience here.

This was a great hotel from the moment we checked in. The staff was friendly and knew the area, so they had all of the information that we needed. The room was clean and up to date. The beds and beding were the most comfortable we have ever found in a hotel. Then complimentary breakfast was not your run of the mill coffee, juice, and dry pasteries. Instead there were fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, susage, waffles, and much more. The pool area was clean, and the water was beautiful. If you are planning on staying in the Bentonville area, we would highly suggest you stay at this great hotel.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites while attending a wedding. Our king-bed suite was spacious & nicely decorated; the staff was great; and the continental breakfast (including fresh waffles) was excellent!
The site is near lots of new shopping centers, services & restaurants.
We'll be back!
