Stayed at this Hotel October 13-16, 2011 in a junior suite. Great beds! You will get a good night's sleep here. The junior suite is spacious, the small refrigerator, microwave and in room coffee maker were appreciated. This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is spotless and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff during both stays. The hotel is located 1 block west of 540 making NW Arkansas and the NW Arkansas airport accessible in minutes. Just East of Hotel and of 540 on the same street, there is a shopping area with department stores, Abuelos Mexican Food, Red Robin, Panera and other chain restaurants. South on 540 two exits is the Promenade, a major shopping center with nice outdoor walkways, plenty of restaurants, including P.F. Changs and Mimis Cafe. Wireless and wired internet connections were great; I had no issues running a VPN connection for long periods of time and no slowdown.

The good thing about this chain is its consistency. I find it to be a nice quality for a decent price.

My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with clean rooms and plenty of parking. The amenities were very nice with a business center, laundry, pool and workout room and great breakfast on grounds. The breakfast here is not included with all rates, but far superior to the usual free breakfast. My wife and I got made to order omelets and a nice selection of other hot dishes. I wish all hotels were this clean, comfortable and accommodating. We have stayed at other places in the NW Arkansas area and from now on will only be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.

This hotel is identical to any other Hilton Garden Inn but the service is much better than most. The staff is very kind and more than willing to go out of their way to make you comfortable during your visit.
