This is a very basic property comprised of 3-4 separate buildings with smallish rooms and older TV's offering limited cable. It is located amidst several more expensive hotels on a commercial loop. You can hear and see interstate traffic from the upper terrace. There is plenty of hot water in the shower/bath. The towels are adequate. The AC is strong enough for a hot summer day in Yuma. 114 outside, 70 inside. The modest sized pool was virtually empty the entire time. We soaked and swam frequently. The palm trees and pool side furniture were great for a shady escape from the hot Yuma sunshine. The hotel is close to the Yuma Palms Mall and convenient to the airport and MCAS. The hotel offers a coupon for a free breakfast at the chrome and neon Peggy's Diner right next door where the food and coffee are great. A fair deal for $75+/night.

“Not bad at all for a two-star property”

We came here not having much in the way of expectations, but the property was not a disappointment. Due to a construction project on the major road near the hotel, getting to the hotel was not straightforward without gps.

The room had an outside entrance. There were a lot of truckers staying there, but given that this is a two-star hotel in the low season, this is understandable. The rooms were a bit dated but not bad. Cleanliness was fine. There was a pool, but we didn't make use of it.

We definetely would recomend this place to any travellers looking for super hospitality , service , rates & excellent food in the very nice resturant , well worth the money for what you get .

“Just Okay”

We had an emergency and picked the first hotel we saw, which was the Oak Tree Inn. It was just okay. The beds were hard and the room was very basic. If you just need a place to stay, this place will do.
