I have stayed here a couple times visiting family in the area. The last time was early November when my youngest got married. Rooms have always been quiet, clean and comfortable. They were in the midst of remodeling parts of the property, so parking was a little tight but looking forward to seeing the improvements. I had picked a NASCAR weekend to come, not realizing how big a deal it was. When there was a problem with the room reservations it was taken care of promptly. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we stepped in to register until we left a few days later, we were treated very well. The front desk was very well-organized and helpful, the rooms were clean (and cleaned well), and when we needed assistance with the computer (not on and out of paper), help was just a smile away. We know we will stay here when we are in the area again.

Darren and Shauna at the front desk were extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay great! Steve, the manager, was terrific and personally replaced a fridge that wasn’t functioning properly. Lourdes in the breakfast room, (the best hot breakfast we’ve encountered) makes you feel like mom is looking after your every wish. In short, the staff is professional, friendly and outstanding! There’s a charcoal bbq in the pool area for use as long as you bring the charcoal. This hotel was handy and accessible to all conveniences/malls/sporting venues in the area. We had a suite in the back and they just don’t come any better. They are upgrading this location and we can’t wait to see how it looks then. We plan to return in a few weeks.

I stayed at this Best Western for over two weeks in September of 2011 when my mom had a stroke. From the minute I met Christy at the front desk till the last time I hugged Lourdes good-bye in the breakfast room, I felt like I was among family. Christy helped me get my reservation straightened out and later extended it for me when I needed to stay longer. Lourdes did a great job keeping the breakfast room stocked with eggs, waffles, fresh coffee, cold milk and juices and so much more. She sincerely cared about the guests, as did Christy and the other front desk folks. The chambermaid was also awesome, leaving me fresh water and coffee, and keeping my room fresh and clean. It really makes a difference when you're traveling more than 2,000 miles alone to a strange place.
