“Dirtiest, Nastiest place I have ever stayed. Should have slept in the car!!!”

Things went fine when we first checked in then we resized we couldn't get into building were are room was because security lock wasn't activated on key card. Back to the front desk. Finally get into room and stain on sheets on bed. Check the bath room and mold growing were caulking is supposed to be. Leave room and go into Williams for dinner come back from dinner and go to front desk because toilet is clogged in room. Purchase popcorn from vending machine in lobby and proceed to look for microwave. I ask lady at front desk and it turns out the owner is in town and took it to his room??? Huh?? Ask front desk lady if she can pop it for me in break area, but of course that microwave is broken. While waiting to figure out the popcorn issue another guest comes up to counter and complains about not havimg towels. She is then habnded towels with a brown stained ome on top of the pile, but thats not the only one. NASTY!!!!Oh well back to room and not to soon, because of the stench coming from the front desk now which smelled like sewage coming from the employee bathroom now. Staying in the car is a far cleaner safer environment. The owner is on the premises at the time I stayed here and things are good for him, so that should tell you something. Corporate is definitely getting a call about this place. Don't even think about staying here. A homeless person lives in a cleaner environment.

“Definitely not Quality!”

Prior to staying here I looked @ reviews. I only saw 2 reviews and it was from 2008. So I figured it was just two groups that were bitter & our stay would be fine. How bad could it be? Our arrival was fine & staff was friendly. She even gave us discounts for local restaurants. But the rooms sucked! (What can u expect we didn't pay too much). Rooms need upgrade. Don't be fooled by photos. I recommend spending more money & staying in a nice room. Low grade, no grade. Sorry. Plus who wants to stay around the next morning & eat the free breakfast when u could drive to the Cracker Barrel!

“not up to par”

Chose the motel because they offered a free breakfast and had a computer available in the lobby. And the room rate was excellent. Which goes to show that you get what you pay for.
The room was OK, but the building has maintenance issues. The lobby computer was the slowest I have ever seen. It was impossible to use it, and the staff knew that. The breakfast had problems. too. The OJ was thin, the coffee, weak, and one waffle maker did not function but nobody had bothered to put up an out-of-order sign. It's not a question of deferred maintenance, but of no maintenance. Too bad; usually Quality Inns are better.

I stayed at this property Fri Oct 28th,2011.Upon checking in front desk personnel in jeans and a tee shirt????As an associate in the tourism trade this is unbecoming and not professional at all. The room was clean. Did have to ask for additional linens but that was taken care of upon our return to the hotel. Tub was a dissappointment worn and used. In the morning came down for breakfast individual behind desk (night auditor)was wearing a baseball cap and looked like he was homeless. Again not professional. I would not walk in and rent a room thats for sure. The breakfast employee was sharing a meal with her family. Maybe they were staying there maybe not.

“Nasty”

This hotel is not ready for prime time. Can't believe it has passed some kind of "quality" control test with the Choice Hotel folks. TV control did not work in the first rook and the toilet was clogged. I went down to the front desk and they put a new battery in control. Still didn't work. I asked for another room, went down to the front desk and got the new key. Went to the new room and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Went down, got another room and found the same thing. I was too exhausted at this point to go back down to the front desk, so I took the TV control from this third room and went back to the original room. Collapsed on the bed and turned on the computer. Nada. Called the front desk and she told me "oh, it only works in the lobby.' I could go on, but you get the gist. The bed was mushy and the halls dirty. Williams is a cute little town, but avoid this hotel at all costs. Next day another guest spent about an hour trying to get his money back.
