“Nice Place to stay..not too pricey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 April 2010

I thought this place was really nice..the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub are nice..not real new but clean enough. Sure beats the super-8 down the road where they charge you the same price and has no pool, and is not near as nice. The nearby hiking at vulture mine closes at 3pm. The town is really nice and has kind of a 50's feel.

“Would go back if they can get the wi fi figured out”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 December 2009

The lodging property has always looked good on line, and really the grounds were lovely, it's not huge but nice. Our room was large and the bathroom adequate. We like the new highway that goes around downtown Wickenburg because the trucks are not so noisey. We liked our balcony and the view was great. Only hitch was the wi fi, it just didn't work, the front staff tried over and over to get us hooked in (we still have work to do on the road) and ultametly it was just a problem with their system. What a great staff, funny and kind. Breakfast is bagels, toast, orange juice, coffee, small, but everything we needed we would go again, just need the computer thang to be figured out.

Thank you for presenting your WI-FI experience at our hotel. Although there were brief issues during the time the hotel was upgrading to WI-FI a couple of years ago, there have been no property WI-FI issues since. It is a rare occasion that we have to assist the guest with WI-FI issues presented regarding the guest's computer software that blocks connection. In most of those cases, the front desk staff is able to suggest a resolve to the guest to unblock or change parimeters for connection. Otherwise, WI-FI at Los Viajeros Inn is easy to connect to, stable and speedy, too!
As we have new management team at Los Viajeros Inn, I hope you'll give us opportunity to have you again as our guest and enjoy our WI-FI, too!

“Horrible stay for the money they charge.”

This Hotel is awful for what they charge you. The staff was friendly but the rooms were horrible. It is far away from town and the only place close by to eat is Denny's. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to enjoy the Wickenburg town itself. I definately would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has kids, as they are not kid friendly and charge for kids.

“Not horrible, but over priced”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 April 2008

The highlight of the property is the front desk staff who are friendly and helpful. Exterior is in need of landscape maintenance to remove weeds, lawn by pool is dying, etc. Lobby and room needs paint. Room is OK, but in need of some maintenance such as calking in bath, etc. Not much of a continental breakfast. In summary, not worth $100 per night which was th AAA rate. Try Super 8 or Best Western.

“Not worth the money”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 July 2007

Our experience in this facility was terrible. Three weeks ago my wife and I decided to get away to Wickenburg for a couple days having gone there before since moving here to AZ in 1999. So I check out the web and find Los Viajeros Inn looks nice, reviews said was nice (all 3). A little expensive for us at $81.00 a night so it must be good at that price. I made the reservations, confirmed king size bed and Wifi working for ye olde laptop which we use to make business communication on. We arrived there for a two day stay, got our room to find we have two queen size beds which wasn‘t bad. In the room the walls were pretty scuffed up and carpet was warn pretty bare and had a large bleach stain into the bathroom. The air worked at a minimum in the 111 deg. Outside temps. Ok we try to settle in, get the laptop going , whoops no WifI signal. Ok maybe we’re not doing things right so let’s go to the pool and figure it out later. I caught the desk clerk as we were in the pool and also heard the workman talking about the wireless system they couldn’t get working. I was told it was working when I made reservations. I was told it was an upgrade that wasn’t working in the far rooms yet. So we inquired more for resolution. Well we were offered a room about 250ft away but it was closer to the office and the Wifi would work. We tried. The air didn’t work good and guess what no Wifi access. The room was more scuffed than the original. Well we decided to chuck it all pack up and go back home in 111 heat. Conclusion. The staff has no clue to site problems. You’re really on your own. It really is no better than a Motel 6 in our opinion. Not an $81.00 a night rip. It ruined our little get away for a few days. But one plus - the pool is nice. Good luck fellow traveler.
