This is wonderful place to stay. Nestled in the hills with views to Polis from your balcony and terrace with the forested mountains of Troodos to the other. Stunning!
The Owner Sisters Nicky and Soula made us very welcome and worked very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I'm a vegetarian which can be challenging in Cyprus but Nicky+Soula made vegetarian curries and lentil dishes, roasted stuffed peppers, Aubegine, Coucous dishes, Veg Moussaka, plus those simple dishes like chips+omelette also really tasty and if it's not on the menu they'll try to do it.
The breakfast included every breakfast treat you can think of, pancakes warmed with honey, muselli+cereals, toast, fruit (fresh figs from the garden) yoghurt, freshly made espresso/cappucino/latte, or bacon and cold meats, cheeses, if it's not on the table you just ask and they bring it.
Hiring a car is a good idea or if you're fit a bike. Polis is a small town very close by, still very local in style with a wonderful café called Art Café (especially for veggies) many other cafés, restaurants and bars but without the neons of Paphos. Much more pleasant. There's lots to do and see a monastary in the hills, ancient sites to visit, shops beeches at Latsi, walking in the hills and some amazing views.
The weather is mixed in November, we were quite unlucky but we did have 4 glorious days out of 10 and this did not affect our stay too much. The clean mountain air, great views and food with some good company from the owners made for a wonderful stay.
I can highly reccomend Parodisos Hills. Thanks from us to the two Paradisos Sisters wed love to go back there.
