Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us. We take great pride in providing our guests with outstanding service, and clean, comfortable accommodations. We clearly didn’t do this in your case, and for that I am truly sorry.



The description of the room that you provided does not meet our quality standards. It is our policy that each room is inspected by a manager prior to becoming available to our guests, and clearly this policy was not followed in your case. I’ve met with our staff to ensure that we have a system in place that will prevent this type of oversight in the future.



I am also sorry for the disruptions you heard during your stay. Although our building and corridors are constructed in such a way as to limit these sorts of noises from reaching our guest’s rooms, we understand that in certain instances, a guest will hear noises from outside the room. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us if such disruptions occur during your stay so that we can find a way to better accommodate you.



Finally, I do regret that several of the amenities, like the silverware and glasses, were not up to your expectations. We strive to provide functional and durable amenities that offer our guests exceptional value. I do appreciate your comments and have already reviewed them with corporate management.
