“Spacious and very cozy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

I stayed at this property due to it's closeness to the Arizona Mills Mall and my company's campus, where I had to attend a day of training.
I booked a king suite. The room was similar to other Springhill Suites I've stayed in - bed was extremely comfortable and afforded a good night's sleep. Large flatscreen TV could be adjusted to be seen from the bed or the couch in the living area. There was only a half-wall between the bedroom and living area, which is typical for this particular brand. Desk area was roomy and my laptop connected immediately to the hotel wireless internet (free!).
The bathroom area was roomy, with separate vanity area, which I prefer. Towels were not oversized, which surprised me. But they were soft and absorbent. Showerhead was adjustable, and water pressure was great.
Breakfast was very good, with yogurt, breads, fresh fruit and cereal, juices, coffee/tea. Eggs and sausage was good, the cereal was fresh. You could also make your own waffles. Coffee was okay, but I would have liked the choice of a stronger brew.
Check-in and out was very smooth. Staff was very friendly and they actually make the wake-up calls, which I like! I hate the automated ones.
I had dinner close by at the ClaimJumper, which was DELICIOUS.

“Great place to stay”

We had a wonderful stay at the SpringHill Suites. Very clean and nice staff. Had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of right away. Room was large and nice. Would stay here again!

Years ago we would stay here in the summer and go tubing. This time it was after christmas shopping getaway weekend. Across the street from the Arizona mills mall. Hotel is clean and quite. Good breakfast. Will go back.

Room Tip: I wanted to be away from the elevator. Our room was on the 1st floor. very quite.

“Nice hotel, good location”

We stayed here for 3 nights as a base for exploring the Phoenix area. The hotel is located near major highways, which was convenient and is about 10-15 min. from the airport. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is very good - waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit and more. The breakfast workers kept the buffet well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub. There are grills by the pool, which is in a nice little tucked away area. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

“Nice Hotel for a Quick Stay”

We stayed at this hotel on a trip through Phoenix on the way home from Texas. The hotel is a little hard to find as the sign for the hotel is very small. The front desk help was very nice. They gave us rooms next to each other on the first floor. The rooms are large and nice - perfect for a family (we booked two rooms for our family of 5). One of our rooms was in need of repair (A/C was making noise, TV did not work, and Fire Alarm was beeping). The front desk man moved us to another room and offered to help move our luggage. The second room was much better.

We had a good nights sleep and were on our way in the morning. They do have a free breakfast which was nice. Just remember is is a free breakfast (so it is not great, but its not bad either).
