The rating is for Holiday Inn Express.com and Priority Club Rewards.I checked reservations through Priority Club for my Holiday trip tp Selma, Texas and Tempe AZ. I both cases the price was cheaper through someone else! I stayed at The Holiday Inn Express Selma, TX 21 Dec through 28 Dec 2011, why do I get no Points???????????? Are you trying to loose a customer? I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Tempe, AZ from the 28th through the 3rd Jan 2012. When I called and talked with foreigners about the price difference, they kept me on the phone for an hour and changed the online price of the Hotel in AZ. And still....and still, I got it cheaper on Priceline! Really? And they still denied it was cheaper! Google Holiday Inn Express and you will see their Best Price Guarantee. However the people at the 1800 number and in the Hotels have never heard of the Guarantee!!!!! There is no integrity in their program , worthless points and no integrity in their people. Price Line beat their price by $40.00 even after I called HIE and they changed their price while I was on the phone with them! The room here was fine, but, High Speed Internet is a lie and worse the more people are there!

The location was good. I liked it. I would stay again. Housekeeping was friendly. Front desk was courteous. Rooms clean. My only complaint would be the double beds. I would have preferred queen beds in the suite.

Had to remind front desk twice that my iron didn't work. Stayed for 4 nights and maid service did not deliver new pouches of coffee daily. Stayed at Embassy Suites earlier in the month and it was worth the price... Holiday Inn was not.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of the location and good reviews. On the outside, it appears nice and modern. Check-in went smoothly and the lady at the front desk was nice and very friendly. The layout of the room was large. But it needed a good cleaning. The rug in the room needed a good vacuuming and all of the chairs were dirty. You could see dust on the television set. Be careful if you stay on the top floor. The down button on the elevator did not work properly. We had to hit the button several times before an elevator came. I have stayed at better Holiday Inn Expresses.
