I got in late and left early but experienced no huge issues either way. Room was fairly clean and after reading other reviews I was looking but did not find any bugs. This is the classic get what you pay for hotel. Convenient to the airport. Would have no problem going back.

Yikes! We usually stay at a Marriott Courtyard. I decided to try this place to save some $. A big mistake. I expected that it wouldn't be in great shape as it was only about $80 with tax, so I wasn't expecting anything amazing. After we checked in, we suited up to go to the pool but it was closed. Our four year old daughter was upset and we went to the front desk to complain. The guy was nice and said he'd call the Sheraton next door to see if we could use their pool. They said that would be fine so we headed over there and enjoyed their very nice pool. We then headed back and went to bed. I thought I felt bugs all night, but I chalked it up to dry skin. In the morning, my daughters bed had little blood spots and we all had a few bites. Not worth the $40 we saved. I would not stay here again.

Even though I paid a fee for long term parking for the airport, I returned to find my car had been broken into and completely ransacked. They had stolen every expensive item they could find. When I spoke to management, they said they are not responsible, so now I am forced to file my first insurance claim in 15 years. DO NOT park your car there!!!!

Spent a lovely morning by the hotel pool before the discovery at check out that I was flying out of a small airport in Mesa, not Phoenix. Gentleman at front desk, Mr. Ketan Desai (Des) took care of everything for this very flustered traveler. He called 3 taxi companies before securing a ride that would get me to the plane on time and at a reasonable rate (Mesa is 30 miles away), and cancelled my shuttle to Sky Harbor Aiport. I greatly appreciate the time and effort he took on my behalf. Avoided possible disaster and made my flight home in plenty of time!
