We made a mistake not reading reviews; however, we were on a budget and basically shopped price through PriceLine. Street appeal quite good as was "lobby"/registration facility. Friendly, but slooow registration process. Parking mostly on back side of property and evident from that view that buildings were in terrible disrepair. Rooms (3) appear sooo tired and we were thankful the beds tolerable and w/o bedbugs as reported in reviews from earlier guests. The tub drained well! Lots of caulking and covering paint. Pictures were not evident on guest room walls, but the picture hanging fixtures were proudly displayed. The TV was old and tired with lousy picture and frustrating remote operation. Floor covering likely newer than original building and slightly better maintained and possibly vacuumed w/in the last couple weeks..
THE SPA/HOT TUB BOILER APPARENTLY INOP -- brrrrrrrr -- no way jose'. Apologies didn't work "after the fact" (registering, already first night down).
Grand kids tolerated the swimming pool for a good 2 - 3 minute,.
The comp "hot" breakfast was pretty good for "free". Begian waffle iron, luke warm rubbery scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage patties. Typical cold cereal. pastry, bread.
