I stayed at this hotel for a seminar that was held in the conference rooms there. I would classify the hotel as a good, middle-of-the-road hotel with good guest amenities and services. The hotel rooms are currently being renovated (the upper floors have already been done) so some rooms may seem old, but the lobby and conference area were very nice. The staff was very helpful and noted any concerns I had during my stay (I noted problems with the workout equipment and they addressed these with maintenance staff right away-although they were not fixed by the time I had departed). The hotel has a good shuttle service to the airport and is in a safe neighborhood so having children along is no concern, especially in the pool area. The online photos don't give much detail but the pool is in the middle courtyard of the hotel. this makes for a safe place for children to play and run around while the adults relax and enjoy a cocktail.
