Had trouble extending my stay under the same rate as I initially booked. Their "policy" required that I sign-out, then, sign-in again as a NEW customer and book for more days than I needed in order to get the same rate. The problem, however, is irrelevant. What is more than exasperating is attempting to get some rational recourse through "customer service". I sent emails. Got a response from someone who tried to sound as if they would help. She even ended her email with a "You can count on me" statement. But guess what? What you get is NO SOLUTION, NO HELP, NO EXPLANATION. Even when this person said that someone from the hotel would contact me. Guess what again? No one did. The problem is not just with the Tempe hotel. It's with the organization- Wyndham. Subsequently I have made it a point to use other hotels - and thankfully I am much happier.
