I stayed at this location for 3 nights this past weekend. Because money is tight, I read a lot of reviews before deciding to stay there. The reviews for this motel were decent and it was centrally located to where our activities were going to be, so we decided to give it a try. Here are the positives: The rate was acceptable. Free wifi that was good. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. TV worked. Comfy bed. Here are the negatives: This motel is basically worn out and in desperate need of renovation/refurbishment. I could tell that housekeeping had made the room as clean and presentable as it could be--but it was still dirty and the bathroom was in disrepair. The carpet looked okay but had a sticky feel to it. We quickly discovered that it made our feet dirty so we made sure not to walk on it without shoes or slippers. The fabric on the upholstered chairs was absolutely filthy from spills and who knows what else. The bathroom looked as if some sort of refurbishment might have been under consideration but was never started. Even the "clean" towels and wash cloths were terribly stained, and some had ground-in black stains on them that looked like either grease or makeup. We had to ask for replacements. Same with the bed linens; they appeared to be crisp and laundered, but they were yellowed and stained. Yuck. The complimentary breakfast was bare minimum; cold cereal, instant oatmeal, packaged danish, yogurt cups and some dried up oranges. Whole milk only and no cold water at all. The coffee was good. You could tell the front desk staff were less than enthused about being there and even less enthused about trying to make their guests feel welcome. The grounds of this facility could definitely use a facelift, including a repaved parking lot. All in all, this motel met our basic needs which were a place to sleep and wash off but is severely lacking in the areas of cleanliness and overall aesthetics.
