Clean, quiet rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Outstanding value!

Spent a couple of nights, found the staff very helpful, the price great and the room very nice. Would stay here again, got more than I expected for the price.

In our last spring training trip to Arizona, we hopped around at different hotels to get a feel for the area. The Hampton Inn in Surprise was the one we wish we'd booked for the whole trip.

This hotel is very new and clean, and it's close to the Rangers/Royals complex in Surprise. The other Spring Training sites are a bit of a drive, but this hotel was nice enough to make it worth a few extra minutes. The outdoor pool was a hit with our son, and I appreciated its shaded patio area. The TV had a wide selection of cable channels plus the usual PPV choices.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a free one-drink manager's reception in the evening. Coffee and hot tea were available any time. Breakfast included hot omelets and a nice variety of cold alternatives. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within a short drive, and there's a wine bar adjacent to the hotel.

I found this place very relaxing, and I think I'd enjoy a longer stay here next time.

Stayed there 3 nights with my husband. It was a good location for us as we needed to be in Surprise and Sun City West to be with friends however didn't get to visit friends in Scottsdale because of distance and did not realize the City had growen that much since I was there 5 years ago. Scottsdale was a good 1 1/2 hours away. However with an early mornig fight out we did move down closer to the airport which worked out a lot better. The staff was very nice but made the reservation to stay by the airport and booked us on the wrong day. Breakfast was okay. There is a great bistro next door ate there 2 nights and lunch one day and brunch. It is only open a couple of months old so everything is new and nice.
