Just want all to know that our stay at Xanadu Ranch last week was exactly what we had hoped it would be.
The bunk house with front porch was terrific as the sun set in the afternoon and perfect after 8 hours roaming the land. We know Chance, our young GSP, felt the same way, having a bit of freedom to wander about.
What a great location and sure beats having to stay in a Hotel!
Hopefully we will make it back next year. We will surely be watching the weather over the course of spring and summer for another fall or winter Quail hunt.

Bernie and Karen are the ultimate hosts, friendly and informative. My husband and I stayed in the Bunkhouse for 5 nights and our friends stayed in the adjoining room for 2 nights. The Bunkhouse was exceptionally clean, well laid out, and was stocked with everything needed for a week (or longer) stay. It was comfortable and felt like our own little home.

The "bunkhouse" was immaculate, and Bernie and Karen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We liked the kitchenette, the flatscreen tv, and the satellite dish. You will love this place!

Sooooo relaxing! Karen and Bernie are perfect hosts. Provided us with great recommendations on restaurants and wineries. Love Kief-Joshua Winery......beautiful tasting room, great wine and fabulous specialty foods! Great Fun!
