I stayed at Sierra Suites over two weeks while I was in Sierra Vista and I have to say that the experience was only middle of the road. Pros: good breakfast, clean rooms, close to Ft. Huachuca. Cons: wifi quality was terrible (so slow you can only load a single page at once if you're lucky), outdated (my microwave was manufactured in 1996), thin walls (could hear everyone's conversations in the courtyard), and laundry is expensive ($1.50 per wash/dry). If you're only in town for a few days for work, Sierra Suites would be fine (there's a great Mexican restaurant right next door) but after 2 weeks the wifi and outdated amenities were frustrating. Not terrible, but not the best stay I've had either.

We had a nice stay at the Sierra Suites. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and we liked the western feel of the courtyards in the different buildings. The staff was friendly and professional, and our room had a fridge and microwave. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a welcome addition.

Spent a long, great day in Bisbee at the Queen Mine tour, then went over to Sierra Vista for the evening and onto Kartchner Caverns for the cave tour the following day. Stayed over night at the Sierra Suites. Room 242. I must say, we had a great stay. The suite room was HUGE, clean and very comfortable. Close to the pool & spa (which is very nice I must say, we were in there for hours). Everything in the room was in perfect working order. Did I say how clean it was ?? :) No mold in the bathroom, the carpets were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. I asked for a late checkout as I needed an additional hour for a business call, and it was not an issue for the cleaning staff. Breakfast was very good. Everyone that we interacted with on the staff was friendly and professional. Thanks for a great stay SS SV ! When we come to town again for more touristy things, we will look up this hotel.
