We had a good night at the Historical Route 66 Motel on our way across Arizona toward California. Our room was quite large, with an air conditioner, desk, and two beds with room to spare. The room is not updated, but everything was clean and our hosts were friendly.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but this was the best time yet. They have been creating some "theme" rooms and my wife chose the "Marilyn Monroe" room. It was neat. I believe you pay about $10 extra for a theme room vs a regular room. With tax we paid $64.

As usual the room was very clean, the towels big and fluffy, the shower worked great so did the TV, microwave and fridge.

On the property, is "The Pizza Joint", we had a 14" with four cheeses, sliced meatballs and Canadian bacon-fantastic! So, too were the wings and my wife said her salad (made with Romain lettuce not Iceberg) was one of the freshest and tastiest she has ever had.

Now, remember you are in a railaroad town. There will be trains passing by but they are not enough to keep you awake at night.

Nice quiet little place. Basic stuff. All very clean and smoke-free. Bed was comfortable. Folk were friendly. Great deal for the price. What fun!

The Route 66 motel is run by a family really nice and kind. The location is nice, because is ein the Route 66 nut the problem is that the town hasn't night live at all it's worth coming back to Williams.

The room was clean and comfortable, maybe the bed is a little bit old, but it isn't not a big
deal.

My only complain is about the wifi, I didn't have signal in my room
