My wife and I spent our anniversary at the Cozy Cactus and we couldn't have made a better choice. The room was tastefully decorated and everything in the room was well thought out. And everything worked in the room! The bed was very comfortable. Out the back door is a fabulous view of Bell Rock and Castle Rock, with great hiking/biking trails, so Sedona just envelops you there. The location is superb, very quiet, and easy to find. The breakfast was wonderful, and Marks' muffins and Carries' French Toast are excuses by themselves to go to Sedona. Mark and Carrie are marvelous hosts, very congenial and accommodating. The only bad thing about our stay is we couldn't stay longer.

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cactus; our only regret was missing breakfast a few mornings! Mark and Carrie are incredibly welcoming and generous hosts. Our room was comfortable and the setting unbeatable for views and relaxation. Great hiking trails out the back and the patio was a delightful place to read and watch the sunset. Breakfasts were delicious and Mark & Carrie were kind enough to provide us with all-star muffins for the road when we had to leave early. We'll recommend the Cozy Cactus to our friends and family and will be back the next time we are in Sedona.

Our 5 nights at the Cozy Cactus could not have been more enjoyable, thanks to an incomparable location, casual and comfortable atmosphere, wonderful hosts and delectable home cooked breakfasts. We stayed from January 22-27 and found the weather to be great for hiking (which we did every day) and the time of year to be great for avoiding the crowds. It is hard to select a favorite breakfast as Carrie and Mark do a consistently outstanding job, but Mark's banana chocolate muffins and Carrie's three cheese blintzes (yes, they are filled with three types of cheese and covered with cherry sauce) are the most amazing items I've ever eaten. Truly gourmet and I've got to ask them if they will consider sharing their recipes with me. We give this gem of a B and B our highest recommendations!!!

We arrived home from four awesome, fantastic, lovely, superb, relaxing, beautiful...nights at our FAVORITE place to stay, Mark and Carrie's home, which just also happens to be a B & B...and I couldn't think of what to write. It's been a week since we left...SIGH. The crumbs from Mark's road muffins is all that is left. I'm sad...really depressed that we are not still there. How can I put into words what this place and these people mean to us. We always go for a suite for the view and the spaciousness. Love the Hilton bed in the O'Keefe. Love the hike into the Coconino forest. Love the breakfast. BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING...WE LOVE THESE PEOPLE. This was our third stay in a little over two years and I would go back tomorrow if I had the time. I know that a lot of reviews are kind of embelished and sometimes people feel that maybe the traveler was lucky or is not a sophisticated critic...Everything the guests say here about this place is true and you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Ask them about the Italian place, Troias and the Hamburger place, PJ's Village Pub.
