“Charming & close to Uptown”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rose Tree Inn. I arrived later in the evening, after the office was closed, and the owner had taken the time to select some movies for me from their collection and had everything ready for me. I like that this hotel was within walking distance to the Uptown area, as parking is tricky there. The grounds of the inn are charming and the room had all the amenities you could want, including cable TV, a VCR, a fridge and a microwave. Overall, a charming, affordable place to stay.

“Quaint, Cozy and Quiet”

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Rose Tree Inn between Christmas and New Year's, 2011 with in-laws. Our group occupied 3 of the 5 rooms there. Our room had a king size bed and full kitchen, dining table, and was spacious.

This is not a new 4-star hotel where you have a concierge and maids that pull down the sheets at night with chocolates. It is an older, single-story property, but very clean. It is ideal for those that want a "home-away-from-home" and wish to save costs by cooking your own food and feeling like you're at home after a long hike up or jeep tour. Perhaps the greatest aspect of our stay was the friendliness of the owner, Gary, who was more than accommodating. He advised us about the best things to do in Sedona, and was so knowledgeable and spot-on about the area, we named him the 5th Vortex (a Sedona joke). One of the highlights was sitting in the courtyard at night under the brilliant stars playing the guitar, grilling rib eye steaks and having champagne to bring in the New Year. And for much of your shopping at the galleries and shops you will not need to drive as you can simply walk around the corner to the uptown strip of Sedona.

If you don't mind your accommodations being a bit rustic yet charming, this is the place for you!

We have past a 3 night stay in Sedona at the Rose tree inn. It's a cozy and small inn were the time seam to stop each time we sit down in the wonderfull outdoor patio were we have all our meal's. The owner is a perfect guide for the city telling were to go and visit the place, shearing coffee in the morning, very pleasant what eaver the moment of the day. We got the little suite with kitchenette and living room a candid place for a great rest during our road trip to the South-West. It's not a 5 star place, it's a place were you could relax and enjoy life at foot step of the downtown Sedona. Dont miss it.

My spouse and I just returned from three nights at The Rose Tree Inn and had a fabulous time! Gary, the owner, gave us great reccomendations for hikes, restaurants and things to do in Sedona. It's so close to everything - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. We loved coming back to the Inn in the evening and enjoying a glass of wine in the courtyard. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was so convenient having a kitchen!

The Rose Tree is quaint with a lovely garden. There are BBQs available to use if you don't feel like going out and Gary has a great movie collection to choose from as well. All in all we can't wait to return!
