My husband and I stayed here for four nights in the Angler's Retreat room. The room had a nice fireplace and balcony with a great view of the red rocks, Oak Creek, and the Tlaquepaque shopping center. The entire place was very clean and cozy. The towels and robes in the hotel were super soft!! We ate breakfast in the dining room every morning where there was always fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, water and granola, as well as the daily newspapers. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious ( I loved the lemon ginger pancakes and the grapefruit with cream) and the large windows allowed us to eat while we enjoyed views of the red rocks and the creek. There is also a large porch to sit out at with a tree coming right through the center of it. The innkeeper, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgable and provided us with some great tips on sights to see, like the Seven Sacred Pools. There were loads of books on Sedona available to read in the sitting area and we were even provided with a complimentary Red Rock Pass for the length of our stay so we could park at all of the hiking trail heads.
The hotel is also in a great location right across the street from one of the best art galleries in the state as well as the Javelina Cantina, a great Mexican restaurant that my husband and I went to twice while we were there (we literally walked right across the street to it). The hotel is also a minute drive from the Tlaquepaque shopping center and 5 minutes from uptown Sedona. We very highly recommend this hotel; we felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay and look forward to coming back again to the Inn!
