The Inn on Oak Creek has the best location in Sedona! It is nestled along Oak Creek directly across from Tlaquepaque and has the most amazing "up stream" view. The Inn has a cozy, at-home ambiance that is very warm and inviting, but what makes me keep coming back is the to-die-for breakfast. If you are a "Foodie" then this is the place for you! The owner, Jim, and chef, Alan, put on a delightful breakfast that is four course feast beginning with homemade granola, followed by fresh fruit, sweet or savory scones, and always impressive main dishes. My favorite was the pork tenderloin accompanied by poached eggs on chive and gruyere biscuits topped with hollandaise and fresh dill. If you can't get away for a stay, I recommend just coming to have breakfast on the patio- it's a perfect way to start off your hike or just take in the view, but make sure you call ahead to reserve your spot because they fill up fast! I've also taken a cooking class here. It is a great way to learn some hands-on techniques and work through a full menu. If you liked the breakfast, then you'll love coming to a cooking class!
