“Rest among the Red Rocks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

We have enjoyed B&Bs across the country, and the Inn ranks with the very best. The inn keepers are welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, while respecting the guests' privacy. They provided excellent suggestions about excursions and hikes--all of which were exactly what we wanted. The breakfasts were the most imaginative, delicious and abundant of any B&B we have visited. Their professional chef arrives exclusively to cook breakfast for the guests; he is superb.

“View for "Foodies"”

The Inn on Oak Creek has the best location in Sedona! It is nestled along Oak Creek directly across from Tlaquepaque and has the most amazing "up stream" view. The Inn has a cozy, at-home ambiance that is very warm and inviting, but what makes me keep coming back is the to-die-for breakfast. If you are a "Foodie" then this is the place for you! The owner, Jim, and chef, Alan, put on a delightful breakfast that is four course feast beginning with homemade granola, followed by fresh fruit, sweet or savory scones, and always impressive main dishes. My favorite was the pork tenderloin accompanied by poached eggs on chive and gruyere biscuits topped with hollandaise and fresh dill. If you can't get away for a stay, I recommend just coming to have breakfast on the patio- it's a perfect way to start off your hike or just take in the view, but make sure you call ahead to reserve your spot because they fill up fast! I've also taken a cooking class here. It is a great way to learn some hands-on techniques and work through a full menu. If you liked the breakfast, then you'll love coming to a cooking class!

“Wonderful inn. Great Innkeepers”

We attended a wedding at "talockapocky" which is within Staggering distance of the Inn. The location is the closest to the wedding venue and the Inn is magical. Their private garden is next to Oak creek and a great place for a cognac and cigar. Our room had a deck that overlooked the creek. The breakfasts were gourmet and prepared by trained Chefs. The innkeepers gave us invaluable information to enjoy our stay and they were very friendly and approachable. All of the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. Jim and Linda, the innkeepers, will guide you to stay away from the " rubber tomahawks" which are so common in this type of town...Don't miss the brie pizza or the home brews at the local brewpub....

“Third trip and will be back!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 July 2011

This was our third trip to the Inn and all of them have been wonderful. The breakfast that Ingrid made for us was the highlight of our stay and it was served in a lovely setting, whether eating indoors or outside. My wife and I highly recommend the Inn on Oak Creek.

“Another GREAT stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 May 2011

Stayed here last year with my niece and this year with my cousins. I didn't think it was possible but the breakfasts are even more lavish than before. One of my favorites was the poached eggs on parsnip latkes with onions and sour cream. YUM! And the chocolate/toffee scones are to die for! This time I stayed in the very cozy but roomy Golf on the Rocks room (streetside) and was amazed at how quite it is. The private park creekside is an absolute joy ... so quite and peaceful with a new family of baby ducklings to fawn over. As usual, the kitchen was more than happy to supply leftover breads to feed the ducks.
The staff couldn't be any more accommodating. Linda, one of the innkeepers, and Jim, the owner, were so helpful with suggestions and their recommendations for dining were spot on.
I absolutely love this place and will be back again next year.

Room Tip: Book early as the creekside rooms go fast.
