We had room 107, a large suite with a kitchen. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. My young daughter loved the outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was a bit boring as stated elsewhere. The staff was friendly. The location right next to uptown (the main shopping area) on a quiet side street was great. The staff was friendly. Rodeway Inns are often so-so; this one was better than average. There are no granite countertops, ritzy furniture, or elaborate breakfasts, but you can spend two or three times as much and get that at the Hyatt. For the price it was a good deal.
