Great place with very nice Inn keeper and great services. The room was nice and clean. The place was quite. Breakfast and free WiFi offered. We met the owner, Dick, an amazing old man who was a comedy actor with great experience in film industry and the military when having our breakfast there. The young lady in the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. You would never regret living there.

This quiet and cozy place made our whole sedona trip. The place is small but well decorated and has everything you'll need. the room is comfortable and clean. the young lady at front desk is friendly and helpful. We met the owner Curtis when we were having breakfast. his was willing to share his life experience with us. Great man! Glad to meet him before we left Sedona. Will be back again. definately recommand this inn to anyone.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the surroundings were pleasant and quiet: pretty much all you can ask for in a budget hotel. Free breakfast and WIFI. Meeting Dick Curtis was an added bonus!

We stayed here overhight on the way to the Grand Canyon. 3rd time to Sedona, but first time at Baby Quail Inn. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have been recently "refreshed" but don't expect fancy amenities like a 42" flatscreen TV and such. For the very reasonable price you'll get a nice, comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a shower that has plenty of hot water and a good, fairly central location.
One disappointment was the breakfast. Basic commercially packaged pastries, mini boxes of cereal, fruit, coffee and tea. No juices. No fresh baked goods - and it would be great if they could change that to feature something from a local bakery.
One highlight was our conversation with the owner, Dick Curtis, an accomplished actor and entertainer with a ton of stories to share about his time working in film, TV and entertainment. The breakfast area is a museum room with the walls filled with photos and such of the entertainment industry from throughout the 1950's and up to this decade, virtually all of which features stars who Mr. Curtis counts among his friends and co-workers. It is fascinating to talk with him and a trip back to many of your favorite shows and movies.
