“Awesome service.”

We made reservations through Travelocity and they screwed them up. Are reservation was subsequently cancelled as a result. Delphina, at the front desk, helped us out incredibly and got us into our room promptly, and at the discounted rate. After all of our frustration, it was nice to see a smiling face and someone who was willing to help us out.
Thanks for everything!!!!!

“No wash clothes”

Stayed at 3 palms for 7 days and never saw a wash cloth. Spoke to other guest who like us had to ask for washclothes everyday. Rooms are small but done very nicely. Pool was great, just wished the pool bar had been open.

Room Tip: Ask for the rooms overlooking the park. Pretty Sunsets

“Nice cultural here.”

I give this place a 10. I checked in after 11am, it is near Mill Ave nice to stay here when out partying. I give Steve Brown kudos for the service he gave. He was very knowledgable about the entertainment in the area and referred me to their restaurant Avalon. It was just what looking for.

Room Tip: Rooms with a whirl tub are fun.

“Business Trip in the Valley of the Sun!”

Friendly Staff ~ Informative and made me feel right at HOME!

The Morning View was AMAZING ~ Took Pictures!
Very comfortable and cozy ~ I will be back!
Famous Smilin' Dee!!!

Room Tip: The view on the East side in the AM is breathtaking!

“So Quiet - great location”

I enjoyed my stay. I ended up having 2 rooms as I didnt book the right no of days initially LOL so got to try an upstairs room no spa. It was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Then downstairs for the spa room. Ok noisy when people parking the cars but really once you got past about 10.30pm it was quiet. Loved the Spa bath. Great that it had a laundry and the staff were terrific at changing coins and providing laundry powder and drying sheets. Ate at the restaurant and it was good.
