Not bad for the price, clean, close to many things. Wireless internet was above average for most of the hotels that I have stayed in. I had to be moved to another room after one night because my toilet had to be replaced.

Location was about 32 miles from Phoenix's Sky Harbor airport (OK, so maybe I didn't take the most direct route; never been there before). Location is difficult to find as the address given on Scottsdale road is wrong by 1 block (actually is on Tierra Bueno Drive).

Check in great, no problems. Room great, clean, fully equipped as expected.

Paid for their wireless network access. Good financial deal at ~$5 for my entire stay, no matter how many days. However, the wireless network turned out to be something of a rip off. Connection and setup was very easy. BUT, their Wi-Fi service was VERY slow (10x normal Wi-Fi speeds) and it disconnected me every 15 minutes. I don't know whether this was due to heavy usage by other guests or that the network is poorly installed and/or maintained.

This property is in a great area of North Scottsdale. Ideal for weekly stay. Rooms are good size and include a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and microwave. All utensils for two people are provided. Located on a side street, so no traffic noise. Well maintained. Walking distance to nice restaurants and a large shopping center. Felt safe walking at night.
