We were remodeling the kitchen and I thought it would be good for my elderly mother and myself to stay somewhere close while the sinks were disconnected. Shame on me for not reading the description carefully. I booked a standard (which I thought was a standard suite since I was given Suite 171) but it was just a room without the utensils and kitchen accoutrements that I was needing. My fault indeed, but the room was less than value for the money I paid. The room was small with very few amenities: 2 small plastic cups (none in the bathroom), very basic bathroom amenaties, a refrigerator and microwave but nothing else. It was more like a room you might find as you are traveling along the highway. The morning breakfast was also very simple but the coffee was good. I did see one of the suites and they were lovely and probably decent value for the money but the standard room was quite expensive for what it was. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for some forks but I know I could have found what I was looking for at a better price. Word to the wise: Read the descriptions carefully before booking.

We stayed here the weekend before Memorial Day weekend as a little getaway even though we live in the area. It was a nice getaway “Stay-cation” to rest, relax and soak up some sun by the gorgeous pool and hot-tub. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the accommodations were phenomenal at a great price. Full Kitchen, spacious patio, access to a barbeque and the rooms offered privacy for the adults while traveling with children. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we were taken care of. It is close to all the Scottsdale restaurants and nightlife including the casino and the spring training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies. Spring training was long over but can't wait for the next event at Salt River Fields we want to attend (literally walking distance from our room). Kudos to GM Tom K and the staff, can't wait to see you again!!

It was my first stay at Pima and I was quite happy with the size of the rooms, cleanliness, the staff, and the overall experience. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The prices were good. When I return to the area I will stay at Pima again.

Very Accomadating... The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were just about right for the price and its very close to downtown scottsdale where you can spend the money you saved on the hotel room. Casino just minutes away with great Restaurants and fun. The suites are spacious and functional with kitchen and nice patio.
