Wonderful resort with great music in a very nice lounge room that opens to the outdoors. The pool complex is huge with many different areas but, strangely, no swim-up bar. Easy access to Gainey Ranch golf club and it's very pretty course. However, why do they allow outdoor parties at 3-4AM with drunks yelling at the top of their lungs? We complained thenext morning and were told, "oh, sorry, but that was a scheduled party" for a group. Are you kidding me? Almost every room in the resort opens onto the pool area where this party was held. Amazingly stupid decision by management. great resort but....

I stayed at this property last week for a work event, and was blown away by the beauty of the location and professionalism of the staff. There is clearly an emphasis on helping folks who are health-conscious and interested in the outdoors, which is great. And oh my goodness, the location is just breathtaking! I can't wait to come back and bring the hubs this time.

This property is easily my most favorite vacation destination. The location is peaceful beyond words as you have wonderful glass of wine watching the sun setting behind the mountains. They have live entertainment that has always been first class, excellent, never over the top. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The regency club fare is excellent and well stocked. Try a Kiltlifter beer in the evening sitting next to the duck pond that boders the regency club. Very large property gives you a sense of privacy. The on site restaurants are very pricey but excellent. Starbucks on site from the small deli, and their sandwiches are very fresh ans delicious. Beautiful grounds, awesome pools for adults and kids. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well tuned into the area. I can hardly wait to return.

I'm so impressed with the employees at this Hyatt. I spent time talking to a few of them, and walked away from each conversation feeling like I just made a friend. I was told that the general manager goes out of his way to get to know each employee. He must take good care of them- they obviously love their jobs.
How the hotel employees treat you can make the biggest difference. They made a relaxing stay in a fabulous resort so much more enjoyable. This Hyatt is my most favorite ever!
