“Good location and quiet”

The hotel is in a good location, we stayed in January so didn't use the pool however it did look inviting. The central courtyard has an aviary, a guest laundry and room with vending machines (this closes at 11pm) The room was clean and included a fridge and coffee pot, tv and free wi-fi internet. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was the best I've used in a while great pressure and plenty of hot water.
The area seemed generally quiet we ended up in Scottsdale for dinner as there didn't seem to be many restaurants within walking distance.

“Good location at a reasonable price”

Their rooms vary quite a bit so look at the room before you check in. Room 105 had a terrible water leak and no heat. Try and get a room far away from the pool because it got noisy at night.Good staff and nice pool. Parking was tight as they have limited parking.

Room Tip: Look at the rooms before you accept what they assign you. They vary with condition and quality.

“Great and quiet”

This is a top-notch place to stay for pool, aviary, breakfast (not included but great variety and taste), front desk personnel and nice, comfy bed. Not top room size or amenities but all you need and full daily room service was awesome. They found left-behind items of mine and called me about it. Liked the location, the price and all the above.

Room Tip: Avaiary's quiet at night. Top floor, pool level - any seem to be quiet and peaceful.

“Best western with the best price”

spent a very restful evening here. In the morning we saw what a beautiful property it is. Pool, shade and grass in a center courtyard. Unfortunately, they do not offer shuttle service to the airport. or we'd be here again soon.

“Close to everything”

I love this place, just a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Papago park. The staff are very friendly, and even though the place is a little dated, the value can't be beat.
