Thanks for your comments. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy everything about our property. I’m glad you’ll come back and I assure you we are making improvements and trying to provide good value for our customers.

I apologize that you didn’t like the breakfast but we do try to keep the variety and quality high. A full breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. It varies every day, some items you’ll find on different days are scrambled eggs, egg casserole with peppers, sausage, bacon, pancakes, French toast, biscuits & gravy – we try to change it up and have different things offered throughout the week. We do not offer all these things every day, just a selection. We also always have fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk and juice. We just recently added oatmeal based on a guest’s suggestion. Maybe you caught us in an off day but we're working to improve the consistency.

I understand your comment about our sofas. Some of them are older but they are all being replaced. We are working with a local manufacturer and she has assured me we’ll have them all by the end of April. We are changing out any that are stained or worn first and we’re very excited to be getting all the new sofa beds.

We are located ¼ mile from Scottsdale Road, where the Scottsdale Quarters and Kierland Commons shopping areas are located. It is only 2 blocks but I think we should describe it as being ¼ mile to give a better picture and I’ll work with my staff to communicate this.
