Stayed here for a company meeting. We are a group that travels a lot and I heard, "This resort is better a lot better than the reviews I read." Staff was very nice and helpful. The food was tasty and fun. The decor was typical old Southwest. The rooms were nice and modern. Comfy bed, slept well each night. Only negative was the bathrooms were pretty dated.

Very pleasant stay. Big clean and comfortable room with large bed. Nice pool area. Dining room expensive, but good. Very nice architecture in the hotel. Room came with down pillows, so you may want to change that if you like something else. Staff was competent and helpful. Easy access to bike path, and hotel had loaner/rental single speed bikes available. Breakfast buffet is $19but there is a $9 continental breakfast option (that you have to a ask for). Excellent for a combination business/pleasure trip.

The location of this hotel is fabulous. Close to great shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. The resort itself is very nice and offers an array of amenities. If you like to play tennis, bring your racket. They also offer rental bikes and have beautiful bike paths near by. The rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. What I particularly like (traveling with a family) is having an additional sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The only area that I felt needed improvement was the workout room. I was told that the resort is going to be remodeling it in the near future.

This is our second stay at the Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale AZ. We were able to get a fairly good deal on Priceline. The location is great especially if you want to walk. There are trails nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and ordering food and drinks. The perfect way to relax. Next time we go to Scottsdale and if we stay at the resort again we will call the hotel directly to make sure they don't have any special deals. Like some of the other comments we did not like paying $19 a day for the resort fee but were aware of it ahead of time. That seems to be more common now since we had to pay a fee several of the hotels we have stayed at recently.
