Our U.S. Corporate Office is located in Scottsdale and the Residence Inn is my hotel of choice. I have traveled to Scottsdale 10+ times this year so I feel like the Residence Inn is my 2nd home. The staff is great and they always make me feel welcome. Nick and Taryn always have my favorite snack in the room when I check in. And, there's Joe and Dave who are always smiling at the front desk. The rest of the staff is just as great. While I may wish I didn't travel so much, I do have to say that I feel right at home at the Residence Inn.

I had a week long business trip and I chose this location because it was centrally located and close to business. The location was great and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very clean and I enjoyed the full kitchen. I had a very good view and the maid service was excellent. Overall the staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a Labor Day Hockey tournament at the Ice Den in Scottsdale and chose to stay at the Residence Inn because of it's location and ease to get to the rink.

I travel all over the world with marriot and found that this location is by far one of the nicest facilities I have stayed in. The staff was wonderful, the lobby was inviting and clean, the room was perfect for our family and provide a comfortable place for us to recharge between games. In addition we were treated to a fireworks show outside of our room. I am pretty sure that the hotel did not coordinate this for us specifically but, it was a sweet bonus.

We chose this hotel for our week-long golf vacation as it had a great location relative to the courses we were playing and it had two-bedroom suites. The rooms were fine but a little small, the TVs were great and the kitchen was very good. Breakfast was included and adequate but monotonous. Our main complaint was that for the first two nights we stayed there, nobody came to clean our room and after 5:30 we had to call both days for someone to come. The cleaning lady apologized and said she "forgot". Well, if you complain loudly and often enough, they don't forget any more. We will most likely stay there again next year on our annual golf trip.
