“Beyond amazing”

Stayed here a couple of times over the past year on business. This is a step up from the Phoenician, if that is possible.

The service is impeccible, rooms are overwhelming, especially the suites in the back that overlook the pool.

An amazing choice in Scottdale.

“Holiday Tea”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

Thank you for setting up and arranging for my mom to have a beautiful leather recliner during our short stay at the Canyon Suites at the Phoenician December 6-8, 2011. It turned out perfectly for her. It turned out she used the recliner quite a bit during our stay and she was very grateful for it. Thank you again for doing that for us. We so enjoyed our stay at your resort and we were totally spoiled by everyone on your staff especially Jerrod. He was extra kind and sweet to my help my mom in and out of the Mercedes. Everything was so beautiful and festive. We really enjoyed ourselves at the Holiday Tea at the Thirsty Camel. It turned out to be the best time of our stay. Everything was just exquisite. It started the Christmas season off with wonderful memories.

Room Tip: Rooms on the north side overlooked Camelback mountain and the pool. We had beautiful sunsets.

“Pure luxury!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2012

There is nothing negative to say about this resort. From the moment you check in til the time you check out your every need will be met.The resort has nine pools, sits on many acres and
the grounds are done very nicely with a variety of flowers and tropical plants. Several good
dining options on property as well as a variety of boutiques and shops. This hotel is located
close to the Scottsdale shopping plaza and many art galleries and a wide variety of restaurants
Attire is on the dressy side, think high end resort apparel. The hotel is one of the more expensive resorts in Scottsdale, however if you are visiting during low season..May thru September prices are discounted around 60%.

Room Tip: Ask what it would cost to upgrade to a room overlooking the pools... well worth the view!

“Fabulous and memorable!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2012

The entire staff of The Phoenician treated us like royalty. This was the fifth trip my best girlfriends and I have made to Scottsdale and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Our 4 day stay started with the magnificent surprise of an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. We were like kids in a candy shop as we explored each corner of our gorgeous accommodations. As a platinum Starwood member, I received several advance calls from the concierge service to set up advance spa appointments and reservations -- we couldn't have felt more cared for. Service was impeccable, meals were great (they even comped the one breakfast where service was slow), and the spa was a relaxing delight as always (it remains my favorite spa in the US). I give The Phoenician 10 Stars!
