I've stayed twice at the Hassayampa, most recently the last weekend in January, and I just love it. It's beautiful, comfortable, reasonably priced and convenient--and the staff is wonderful. The desk clerks, the dining and bar staff, housekeeping and everybody else could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It's been my experience with other hotels that one or two of the staff members are outstanding but everybody at the Hassayampa earned that designation. I've tried other hotels in Prescott, but this one is definitely my favorite and will remain my first choice for future visits to this town.

The accommodations were wonderful...very comfortable beds, excellent decor...very clean, warm and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...really went the extra mile. Loved the lobby with fireplace...having wine and appetizers delivered there by a great staff from the bar. Dining experience rated an A!!! Great food and service. Location can't be beat! Plan to stay again on our next visit to Prescott!!! Thank you!

We enjoy Prescott every year for the last 5 yrs and each time we go which is normally Thanksgiving holiday...we try always to get in to the Hassayampa but it has always been booked. Although we always miss staying we are happy to have always had dinner, breakfast in the Peacock room. Has always been a great experience for us.. Luckily this year we finally we're able to get in and stay at the hotel, we will always make sure that we call well in advance because there just isnt anything more beautiful and historic and very comfortable. I am one to always find something wrong, but I have to say this hotel never gave me anything to find...My husband and I love it at the Hassayampa.....and so will you...

My husband and I opted to stay at the Historic Hassayampa Inn when our son was at football camp with his high school team in August. The rest of the parents stayed in a brand new hotel and we were somewhat anxious, but decided that the package offered (1 night in a king sized bedroom, plus breakfast and dinner for 2) was worth trying. Hellooooo!! The lobby was darling, very authentic and nicely furnished--not at all seedy as expected. The front desk help were DELIGHTFUL! The location is perfect for walking around beautiful downtown Prescott as well. The room was tastefully decorated and updated. The only thing I could possibly say was that if you want a large tv in your room, you will be disappointed. The bed was super comfy --I would put it up against a heavenly bed anytime! The linens were lovely high quality and the bathroom was spotless and amenities really nice. A bottle of wine and cheese and crackers awaited us--how kind and generous was that?! The hotel restaurant is darling inside. We had a waiter who could have come from a high end Manhattan eatery--he was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu as well as the local area! Dinner was surprisingly gourmet and beautifully presented. Breakfast was amazing as well.

Okay, the stairs are a bit creaky, but this is an historic building! Other than that, we found the Hassayampa to be an incredible find and value. We will definitely return to this charming hotel with virtually every modern and luxurious standard in place, including top notch customer service!
