“Excellent property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 December 2011

Located off I-17 next to a large shopping and dining complex.
This residence Inn is a newer property with stainless steel kitchen appliances and Granite counter tops. well appointed rooms with a Large bathroom area and a very comfortable bed.
every residense I have stayed always has a very fresh and inviting scent to the units when you walk in. I don't know what they use but more hotels should use this product.
The Pool and wirlpool area is large and inviting as is the courtyard area outside the pool area. They have a gas barbarque availabe for guests use here as well.
Complementary Breakfast is excellent with enough choices to please everyone.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a Great place to stay when in the area

Thank you so much for your review of the Residence Inn Phoenix North / Happy Valley. I am very glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us. Since you were here in December we have renovated our patio area and now have a beautiful outdoor sitting area with a brand new built-in barbeque grill. I hope to have an opportunity to have you stay with us again and experience it for yourself.

new, clean, fresh and quiet residence inn on the outskirts of phoenix in a newly developed area close to i-17. a huge shopping district devided by a highway is in walking distance with tons of shops and restaurants. anthem outlet mall is located only a few minutes up north i-17. it was a great stay with a great manager's reception in the evening and breakfast the next morning. outdoor pool is shared with an adjacent courtyard and can get crowded. shade falls in large part of pool area already early in the afternoon (july perception). overall a perfect choice if you prefer the space of an apartement over a hotelroom. will stay here next time, when in the area.

“Great Hotel ... Always stay there when I travel to Phx”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 May 2011

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities and the staff is fantastic! I travel to Phoenix regularly and I’ve stayed at 10-15 different properties and this is by far my first choice. I go out of my way to stay here because the rooms are always perfect, the property is extremely clean, and the service is unmatched. The hotel is also close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and recreational areas.

“Happiness, comfort and sense of belonging in Happy Valley Residence Inn, a home away from home.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 May 2011

Spending 10 months in Residence Inn- Happy Valley was the happiest time of my life. It was my first long term IT project assignment in Phoenix, AZ, far away from home and I was scared about unknowns in the beginning. But when I arrived at the hotel, the admininstrative staff gave me a red carpet welcome and embraced me with love and caring. When I finally left the hotel after 10 months, I felt like crying as if I was leaving my own home, full of affection, caring and creature comfort.
The hotel served full breakfast every morning and delicious dinner three days a week during the happy hour. Every time I returned from work late at night, tired and exhausted, I found a plate full of food that the hotel administrative staff had saved for me with special care. I was pleasantly surprised to find flower decorations in my room along with sweets and presents on my birthday and a beautiful card signed by everybody. I have never experienced so much love and affection from friends before. It touched my heart.
The hotel building was brand new, rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped with widgets needed for long term stay and my room was cleaned every day. The hotel also provided shuttle transportation to my work for a few weeks. People do not have a rental car will really enjoy these facilities, along with a gym, market and washing machines.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone, where you will get the sense of belonging and make true friends.

“wonderful place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 April 2011

Checked in the day before Easter and my mom had asked about places to go to church for Sunday morning service. Mara the front desk receptionist recommended CCV which was amazing. The morning complimentary breakfast was great; staff varied the breakfast items so it wasn't the same old thing every day - had both hot/cold items which we appreciated since we stayed there for 5 days. Also on Tuesday night had complimentary dinner-chicken lasagne was yummy & on Wednesday night they had BBQ night - hotdogs/chicken was good. Front desk staff were all very helpful; daily papers always available. Lobby internet was about the same speed as mine at home. Exercise room was open 24hr a day & was clean & all machines had working tv access. Pool was refreshing & sauna/whirlpool helped aching muscles from long airplane ride. Nice room with kitchenettes, although we didn't cook-we utilized the regular size refrig for all our leftovers. Nice bedding & plenty of towels provided. Would definitely recommend to others!
