This motel's convenient location in downtown Phoenix and its low rates made it a no-brainer for a weekend stay for our youth cycling team. We were staying in Phoenix for a 3-day bicycle race. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially given the fact that we had about a dozen people with bikes that needed to be stored in the rooms. The motel had been newly remodeled, and it showed. The interior decoration of the rooms was surprisingly elegant, the beds comfortable, and the standard amenities were all in place. I'd definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this motel to anyone traveling through Phoenix.

My husband & I had tickets to a concert @ US Airways but didn't want to drive home. We booked the hotel for one night only just so we could have a night out on the town without having to drive home. Although I was nervous about staying downtown, my nerves were put at ease after meeting the friendly & helpful staff. Not only was the staff awesome, but the newly remodled room was very clean & comfy! Better than some other cheap chain hotels we've stayed in the past. I would definately recomend this hotel to any of my friends staying in the downtown area! It was definately more for our money!

I am in Phoenix several times a year for personal business, and this is a great value compared to other places I've previously stayed. The rooms are large and nicely remodeled. This includes a large, flatscreen TV, a fridge/freezer, and free wireless internet. The staff is great! They are very friendly, always willing to help, and very accommodating. It's close to everything downtown/central Phoenix. I would definitely stay here again.
