The North Phoenix Sleep Inn was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We stayed for a week and enjoyed a good night's rest every night.

Reception at the hotel was friendly after a long transatlantic flight. The room was a good size but bed had unpleasant stains on the divan. Facilities at the hotel were basic, breakfast was OK but limited. Location is just off Interstate so it's easy to find but it does not have anywhere to eat within walking distance, adjacent to a derelict plot of land.
Overall the decor looked "tired" and in need of updating. Hotel really did not have anything special to distinguish it from a host of other chains.

We got this hotel at the last minute from lastminute.com. I was not expecting much, but I was really wrong. The hotel was very clean, and the room had everything that you would want. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had several choices including the make it yourself hot waffles. It was also very quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep. Do not hesitate to stay here any time. They are also pet friendly.

I stayed alone at the Sleep Inn North Phoenix for three nights in late October and found the time reasonably priced and comfortable. The breakfast was not much to speak of, once past the hot waffles (make-them-yourself) but I didn't go there for food. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and modern, the shower was large and the water was hot. There was a coffee maker in the room and an iron and hair dryer and room 104 (ask for it) was right off the main entrance, near the breakfast area, and the ice machine. There was little noise even though the room was close to the check-in desk, and there was a side entrance which made transfer of luggage convenient. I happened upon the hotel by chance--the address is a bit confusing. Exit the interstate at Bell Road and go west 1/2 block to 29th street. Go north on 29th 1/2 mile and the hotel will be on your right just beyond the school zone. Along the way you will see a Fry's grocery store (there was a fridge and microwave in my room), a movie theater, and a restaurant or two. Don't stay here if you intend to travel south to Tucson or Mexico but if your intent is to take in the Grand Canyon or Sedona this location is great!
