I arrived a bit early because we had business meetings in the hotel, and was quite impressed with the technology used to check in. I only had to swipe my credit card, and they knew who I was, and the computer told me my room was not ready, but that I could input my phone number and they would text me when it was ready, which they did. There was a live person standing there to help, so for those of you who may be turned off by the process I don't think it will be a problem. When I was texted that my room was ready, all I had to do was go back to the computer, swipe my card, choose a couple of options on the screen, and my room keys popped right out. Probably the worst thing about my stay was when I entered my room there was a latex glove on the floor which was kind of creepy. I used toilet paper to pick it up and flush it, and basically forgot about it after that. The room was clean and comfortable, so no complaints there, but it was really a basic room for the price, although I think all of the rooms in that vicinity are pricey. The hotel provided food for the business meetings that we had, and I do have to say I was not impressed with that, but the regular hotel food in the restaurants may have been good. I also found the prices for drinks in the lounge to be excessive. A regular domestic bottle of beer cost $5. I recommend going to the establishment across the street, as the same beer was $2 during happy hour.
