The website told me the hotel had just been renovated. No way! The room smelled moldy,
the carpet was old and dirty. The tile was coming off in the bathroom. The bed mattress was
old and not comforable at all. The plumbing was terrible! You are alternatedly cold or scalded
with hot water even without changing the dial on the shower! The walls are thin and the
next door rooms noisy. The ammenities are lacking... there are none.
I even asked the front desk about the claim that the hotel had just been renovated. They said:
"Yes it has". It must have been renovated to 1970's retro with the old moldy old dumpy furniture thrown in for effect!
For the price I paid, I expect better than this. Clean and comfortable at least... which it was not.
Even had to ask for washcloths, as none were provided in the room. Just two bath towels and
one hand towel. Had to request toilet paper, too, as all that was there was one roll almost out.
Had to wait over 30 minutes to get what I requested.
The continental breakfast? Not much to choose from and most of that not replaced quickely
when it was out from previous diners.
Not ever staying at this hotel again!!!!
