I enjoyed my stay at the Grace Inn. Very nice people and it was not very busy so had the feeling of run of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Granted it is a bit older but rooms were fine and hotel was clean. Good value for the money. Nice hot tub also. If i head back out to Phoenix i will stay here again. I like that all the rooms come with a small frig and microwave.

Old. Very old and poorly maintained. Not the cleanest place either. Staff has been very polite and the location is pretty good this place needs renovating desperately. Paint right over the wall paper old broken fixtures and pubic hair on the celing in the bathroom! How does THAT happen!?

WWe were looking for a pretty cheap hotel close to family and this one was on Expedia for 30% of their $99 price. $99 is very overpriced for this dated property. The room was large with a sink and fridge that had been uilt in after the fact. A very old microwave sat in a weird spot on the counter. The shower worked but was also dated. The bed was comfortable enough and it was relatively quiet. While I was not overly impressed by the property, there was very good service. I left some jewelry in the room when I checked out and when I called back, they found it and held it for me - I was very thankful for that.

Staff was very polite. Great location. Rooms , lobby, etc in serious need of updating! Hallways have a moldy smell. There are too many other hotels in the area to stay here
