We decided to stay at the Courtyard on our annual golf trip. We had in mind to stay a couple of days and find a room closer to Scottsdale where all the golf courses for our tournament were located. After two days we decided to stay there despite a fourty minutes drive each day. Everything is just great at this hotel. It's new and the people just make this hotel a must stay. It is hard to judge an hotel on an overnight stay, but ten nights is more than enough to make a honest review.
The rooms were spacious, clean and well designed. Modern yet well priced. A rare combination. All amenities are new. The bed was confortable.
The proximity of several restaurants, movie theatre and shopping was a plus.
Last but definitly not least was the outsdanding staff: Maria and Mike in the restaurant for breakfast were as good as it gets. Polite, smiling, helpful and a pleasure to have around.
The lady at the bar was pleasant and knowledgeable.
A gentleman at the front desk even called all the restaurants around to check for us which one would be open for thanksgiving. Nice touch.
Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable. We will be back in July 2012 for another golf tournament.

Stayed here for about a week on business and it was a very convenient location. Close to the freeway and easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, so no shortage of dinner options. The room itself was very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There was an on-site business center with free printing and faxes. The pool was large, inviting and relaxing! Breakfast was included in the rate - which was a nice perk - and they had omelets and eggs cooked to order every morning. I would stay here again.

This hotel was reasonably priced, beds were very comfy, and service was excellent. Close to shopping, good food, and freeway. Although we never had time to take a dip in the pool, it looked very inviting. Would definitely stay here again if doing buisiness in the west of Phoenix..

We arrived late while traveling from Colorado to California. Without a reservation, we were quickly issued a room. It was roomy with a very generous shower. All the amenities were quite new. We especially liked not having to hunt for available outlets to charge our electronic gadgets; the lights on either side of the bed had built-in outlets, plus there were other easily accessible outlets around the room. The small bar area had a spacious fridge, and the sofa converted to a bed, also. (We did not use it, so I can't comment on how comfortable it was.) We would have been quite pleased to use this as a base for a stay of multiple days. The only drawback is the limited restaurant, which we did not try, but there were many options within walking and close driving distance.
